Cloud Success Advocate for Enterprise Customers

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Success Specialist Engineer to join our team at VMware. As a trusted advisor, you will drive adoption and consumption of our Aria Suite products, helping enterprise customers achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and technical skills, with the ability to quickly come up to speed on VMware's latest solutions. If you're passionate about partnering with IT practitioners, developers, leaders, and executives to solve real problems, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our customers and our technology, providing technical guidance across the entire customer journey. You will work closely with assigned customers to help them realize business value through the adoption of VMware's products.
Your responsibilities will include:

About the Role
This position is a key part of our Customer Success team, responsible for ensuring that our enterprise customers achieve their goals through the adoption of VMware's products. As a Cloud Success Specialist Engineer, you will be working closely with assigned customers, providing technical guidance and support to help them realize business value.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including certification programs and professional courses.

Required Skills and Qualifications
