We offer a **Permanent Home-Based Role** in Costa Rica, providing a unique blend of flexibility and work-from-home convenience.
This role involves providing Tier 1 support, escalating trouble tickets, and managing tickets in a timely manner. Effective communication with end-users, collaboration with Systems Administrators, and assistance with project tasks are essential responsibilities.
To excel in this position, you'll require a High School Diploma or GED, ability to manage multiple priorities, and work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory, while experience with JIRA, Confluence, OKTA, and MS Active Directory is highly valued.
