About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Integration Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our global support organization, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional user experience to our customers.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation and excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, QA, and Development, to determine solutions or workarounds for complex issues.

The goal of this position is to ensure that each interaction is handled with a professional attitude and a superior level of service. This includes handling time-critical issues, building solid relationships with our customers, and maintaining certifications and training as required for the role.

As a key contributor to our team, you will participate in rostered shifts as part of our 24/7 Global Support shifts (Support Around the World). Your responsibilities will include handling a queue of financial support cases, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, the ability to balance competing priorities, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop your knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance and accounting, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Confident communicator (verbally and in writing), who collaborates with business users and peers at all levels and varying technical abilities

Other Qualifications:

  • A strong level of familiarity with financial terminology and business processes relevant to the role
  • An understanding of web service integrations that use SOAP, WSDL, XML is an advantage
