As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with providers and account representatives to ensure seamless communication and support. Your primary goal will be to deliver a world-class provider experience, working collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve this objective.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with providers and account representatives to address issues, provide insights, and ensure optimal results.
  • Track all communication, changes to providers' cases, and issues using various tools and software.
  • Stay up-to-date on orthodontics, industry trends, and company processes to continually improve knowledge and skills.
  • Achieve weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a superior provider experience.
  • Participate in team and company meetings to stay informed on relevant topics.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety rules and regulations.
  • Accurately record and report information, as well as manage timekeeping effectively.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing situations while building trust and engagement with colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
