Job Summary

The Senior Customer Experience Representative will provide exceptional business and customer service support, both individually and as part of a project team, with a focus on assisting Auxis customer service personnel to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to high-volume inbound calls daily, delivering world-class customer service by meeting or exceeding all customer experience key performance indicators.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to potential customers, rerouting calls to other departments when necessary.
  • Treat all callers with respect, adhering to work schedule, assigned daily duties, and work activities.
  • Attend all mandatory training and meetings, following all policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish language (oral and written communication 80% or higher).
  • 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Flexible schedule within our hours of operation, availability to work on weekends.
  • High school diploma, genuine interest in working with and helping customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Good presentation and polite, tactful, and friendly character.
  • Financial background is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
