About the Role:

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently, navigating systems quickly, and engaging with customers to provide top-notch service.
