Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist who can help us deliver exceptional customer service and drive growth through problem-solving and strong communication skills. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- * Pre-qualifying inbound marketing leads
* Coordinating requests and service needs with internal departments
* Diagnosing, researching, and resolving moderate to complex problems
* Conducting inquiry monitoring for new clients
* Ensuring client satisfaction through various activities
The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field, with 2-3 years of advanced customer service experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and intermediate Excel skills are also essential.
