We're committed to ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes from our solution. To achieve this, our Onboarding team focuses on delivering a successful onboarding period, guiding customers in adopting our platform, and ultimately assisting them in getting the most value from their use of our company.
We're looking for individuals with:
Bachelor's degree in Systems engineering or related field, or relevant experience.
1+ years of experience in similar roles, customer service experience/tech support.
Previous experience in SaaS companies.
Salesforce and Tableau experience.
Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations.
Must be comfortable with calling clients and engaging them in conversation.
Experience configuring business logic in a web-based platform.
Understanding of requirements definition, review of functional specifications, test plans, testing, user training, and deployment.
Ability to manage high volumes of accounts while providing a quality experience and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**
English language proficiency (required).
