About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our Loyalty Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support to our clients. This involves analyzing quantitative and qualitative customer metrics to identify potential cancellations and making proactive calls to address customer issues.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to retain customers and prevent cancellations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Onboarding, and Accounting, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Document detailed customer feedback and insights in Salesforce
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • A professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn and grow with our company

Estimate Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
