About the Opportunity

We're looking for a dedicated and results-driven Customer Experience Manager to join our Loyalty Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to retain our valued clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively address customer issues, providing timely and effective resolutions that meet their needs.
  • Analyze customer metrics to identify trends and patterns, informing data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Onboarding, and Accounting, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental plans and strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
Your Professional Qualifications

We're seeking an individual with:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
