Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to the consumer line in a timely and professional manner
- Meet performance expectations and metrics for the role
- Analyze consumer credit files to identify consumer needs
- Document follow-up actions for partner departments
- Resolve research needed to provide accurate information
- Maintain accurate client and project information
- Act as a liaison between consumer and client
- Accountable for case resolution updates
