Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide high-level customer service experience by resolving complex issues related to Citrix Endpoint Management. With a strong background in enterprise support and critical thinking skills, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving customer issues through diverse channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide technical assistance to customers via various support channels, focusing on in-depth problem analysis and resolution of Citrix products and their integration into customer environments.
• Act as a liaison between customers and 3rd Level Engineering/Product Development teams, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Develop and review technical articles and case studies for the company knowledge base, leveraging customer-reported cases, product specifications, and previous experience.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and may be responsible for guiding, coaching, and training other employees within the job area.
