Client Technical Support Senior Specialist

As a Client Technical Support Senior, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for configuring parameters, scheduling services, and ensuring accurate and punctual processing of client orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to define process requirements for projects
- Interpret project specifications and utilize effective approaches to produce desired results
- Analyze client data to validate accuracy and determine next steps
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and process execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a technical processing environment
- Basic programming skills and desire to develop skills in mainframe and open systems environments
- Strong PC skills in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
