At Experian, we're committed to delivering exceptional technical support to our EDQ clients. As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with internal teams to resolve complex issues and document interactions in a clear and concise manner.

Job Overview:

  • We're seeking a skilled technical professional to provide top-notch support for data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and profiling.
  • You'll work closely with product development, engineering, and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • A key responsibility will be documenting customer interactions, including troubleshooting steps and solutions, to maintain our knowledge base.
  • You'll also assist in creating and maintaining articles that showcase our expertise and enhance the customer experience.
  • Staying informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends is crucial in this role.

Requirements:

  • You should have 1-3 years of desktop support, help-desk, or IT-related experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level) is essential for effective communication.
  • Familiarity with SOAP UI, SFTP, JSON, REST APIs, and SaaS is necessary for success in this role.
  • BASIC IT and networking knowledge is required.
  • A passion for the data world is a must.
