Technical Support Specialist Senior Associate

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist Senior Associate to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming inquiries from clients via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using your expertise and knowledge of industry-leading applications.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and issues.
- Elevate complex issues to senior technicians or management as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of IT systems and software applications.
- Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
