Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our Experian team. As a key member of our Client Services group, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to define process requirements for projects
- Interpret project specifications and utilize effective approaches to produce desired results
- Analyze client data to validate accuracy and determine next steps
- Provide technical support, including testing, debugging, and implementing necessary program changes
- Monitor accuracy and completeness of assigned projects
- Communicate status with team members and end users within client expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a technical processing environment
- Basic programming skills and desire to develop skills in mainframe and open systems environments
- Strong PC skills in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Basic project management skills
- Excellent multitasking capabilities
