Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our Experian team. As a key member of our Client Services group, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to define process requirements for projects
  • Interpret project specifications and utilize effective approaches to produce desired results
  • Analyze client data to validate accuracy and determine next steps
  • Provide technical support, including testing, debugging, and implementing necessary program changes
  • Monitor accuracy and completeness of assigned projects
  • Communicate status with team members and end users within client expectations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a technical processing environment
  • Basic programming skills and desire to develop skills in mainframe and open systems environments
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Basic project management skills
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities
