We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team at TIBCO. This role requires expertise in computing, networking, and software applications, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical problem-solving.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for providing in-depth technical support to customers via chat, email, or phone. Your goal is to deliver industry-leading technical support, resulting in high customer satisfaction and well-documented resolutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Mentor junior team members and assist with projects as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve customer support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Expertise in computing, networking, and software applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
