Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Cloud Software Group. As a member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers succeed with our cloud-based products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer advanced-level customer support requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist customers with issues ranging from product questions to advanced technical support.
- Effectively understand customer environments and research to determine root causes of issues.
- Provide meaningful contributions to assigned projects and tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge regarding features and functionality.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years in a support role within the service industry.
- Good knowledge in computing, networking, web browsers, PC troubleshooting, firewalls, and proxy servers preferred.
- Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Some knowledge of Single Sign On (SSO) and server administration skills.
