We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments.
About the Role
- This position involves interacting with guests on a daily basis, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized service to ensure their stay is enjoyable and stress-free.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and completing reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- This is a full-time opportunity that requires standing, moving around, and taking a hands-on approach to work, which includes lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of services and programs that enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely completion and submission.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, moving around, and taking a hands-on approach to work.
