**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to understand customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service during phone coverage
- Diagnose and resolve moderate problems related to credentialing, technical support, billing, account maintenance, and data issues
- Coordinate client requests and service needs with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 2-3 years of advanced customer service experience
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced organizational skills
