**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Experian. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to our customers by assisting with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with credit information and memberships
- Advocate for solutions to provide reassurance and peace of mind to customers
- Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Receive customer requests, identify support needed, and provide assistance or forward requests to the appropriate team
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in inbound call handling
- High School Diploma
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to keep consistent performance in a highly occupied environment
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Advanced organizational skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong PC/internet skills
