At Experian, we're seeking a highly skilled Candidate Services Associate II to join our team in a hybrid role within the Customer Service department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of advanced customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:

  • We're looking for someone to provide top-notch customer care in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position involves diagnosing and resolving moderate to complex problems related to credentialing, technical support, and billing.
  • The selected candidate will coordinate client requests and service needs with internal departments.
  • Responsibilities also include providing product training to users and managing the delivery of Experian products and services.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will conduct product demonstrations to clients and potential clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of advanced customer service experience.
  • Exceptional English written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and advanced organizational abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in PC/internet skills is required.
  • Mainframe or Access experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are expected.
