About the Role
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, ensuring vehicle owners receive expert assistance and guidance on our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and enhancements, leveraging this expertise to assist agents in resolving customer queries efficiently.
  • Support training initiatives and conduct quality assurance activities to optimize team performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborating closely with management to implement positive changes that enhance workforce productivity.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles is also necessary.
  • Strong bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with customers.
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment are crucial.
  • Multitasking in fast-paced environments is also a must.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary range between $60,000-$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location. Benefits include opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a supportive work environment.
