Job Description for Customer Service Team Lead Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Huntsman. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and motivating customer representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and to identify opportunities to improve our services.
  • Analyzing customer service issues to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to prevent similar issues from arising in the future.
