Customer Service Management Lead

The Straumann Group, a leading player in the dental implant industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Management Lead to oversee its local Customer Service Team. Located in Heredia, Costa Rica, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive excellence in customer service and contribute to the company's mission of changing dentistry every day.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless interactions between internal departments and external customers, upholding FDA regulations while fostering a positive work environment.
Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Management Lead will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing the Customer Service Team to deliver superior customer experiences.
- Achieving key performance metrics aligned with company objectives.
- Training and developing team members through goal setting, coaching, and mentoring.
- Driving change and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service policies and programs.
- Collaborating closely with other internal departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in supervisory roles, preferably in shared services environments.
- Fluency in English.
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. With 0-10% travel requirements, you'll have ample time to focus on your responsibilities within Costa Rica.
