In this role, you will play a critical part in leading all related processes for customer support across various sales channels, ensuring seamless interaction with regional Shared Service Centers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert support on master data management methodologies and techniques.
- Maintain master data integrity in key systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business partners, GPOs, and other GBS functions to resolve data quality issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce complexity, eliminate errors, and enhance data quality.
- Develop and present solutions for continuous process improvements to the Customer Data Management Lead.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Functional knowledge of accounts receivable and dispute management processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to new insights and ways of accomplishing tasks.
- Proficiency in using JDE and/or similar ERP, C2C Technology (advantage), and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven track record in master data management and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in SSC or similar roles.
