The role involves:

  • Providing queue assistance and monitoring phone queues to ensure customer service levels are maintained.
  • Assisting the department supervisor with personnel matters, including disciplinary actions, PIPs, and other functions.
  • Conducting one-on-one meetings with TSC phone agents to identify areas for improvement and develop development plans.
  • Assisting with pre-screening, interviewing, evaluating, and making hiring decisions.
  • Ensuring the service desk agents provide the best possible service and support using advanced technical and customer service techniques.
  • Maintaining and updating the departmental technical and support knowledgebase.

**What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • 4 years of customer service experience and/or previous experience in a call center.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced customer service - technical support skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good leadership skills.

**Compensation**

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
