About the Role:

The Customer Support Team Lead oversees day-to-day operations for Tebra's Customer Support team, ensuring seamless interactions and high-quality service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise up to 15 Customer Support Representatives, providing guidance and support to drive success.
  • Drive corporate and customer support goals, fostering a collaborative environment that meets quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational programs, infrastructure, staffing, and training initiatives to enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, ensuring timely and effective responses within established quality guidelines.
  • Embed Tebra's cultural elements and brand promise throughout the team's activities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to improve client experiences.
  • Make informed hiring, performance management, and termination decisions, prioritizing the growth and development of team members.
  • Promote internal mobility and opportunities for professional advancement.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in customer support or SaaS companies, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • A friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skills, with strong English communication abilities (oral and written).
  • High motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with a positive attitude and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
