**Key Responsibilities:**

The Analyst, Vendor MDM will be responsible for maintaining corporate customer master database, including setup and maintenance of customer information within the ERP system. This role requires high accuracy and attention to detail.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**

  • Work with relevant stakeholders and processes to maintain corporate customer master database, including setup and maintenance of customer information.
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional business units and team members to troubleshoot Vendor Master Data sales area issues.
  • Identify and report issues and risks to the team relating to Vendor Master Data and potential adverse impacts to the business.
  • Primary interaction with cross-functional areas, such as field personnel, Finance, Compliance, etc.
  • Understand and utilize available database and ERP systems required for work group.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IS, or related discipline.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with any other language being a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communications skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Exceptional skills in applicable Microsoft software programs.
  • Business Intelligence tools preferred, such as Microsoft reporting and PowerBi.
  • Major ERP systems experience, including SAP, MDG, Oracle, and JD Edwards.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, with accurate and detailed records.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to use independent judgment effectively.
  • Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • 2-5 years maintaining master data records, with a preference for customer master experience.
