Customer Service Representative

As a payment specialist in our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, while also meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers
- Review account status and information to understand customer needs
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or collections preferred
- English proficiency (CEFR B2 / 85% or better)
- High school education or equivalent required
