About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Executive to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be empowered to take initiative and anticipate guest needs. You will process operational needs and guest requests, complete reports, and share the highlights of the local area.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a safe work place by following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete reports and share information about the local area to enhance the guest experience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet guest needs
- Maintain a safe work place by following company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required, but previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
