Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Customer Success Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive adoption, usage, and value realization across our portfolio of products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth market and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and monitor usage data for actionable insights.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs to educate customers on content and technology tailored to their workflow.
- Build, maintain, and improve positive relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to influence adoption and ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Product, Marketing, Sales Strategy, and external partners, to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Success Metrics:
- Breadth and depth of customer relationships
- Issue and risk mitigation management
- Contributions to role and process improvement
- Proactive Customer Engagement and Satisfaction
- Adoption/Usage of Solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience leading client relationships and customer journeys in the financial markets industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, economics, and banking industry trends and themes.
- Sales skill-mindset and growing accounts experiences with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate customer meetings and present to an audience in a concise manner.
