Company Overview
Smarsh, a leading provider of innovative communication solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Services Implementation Technician to join our fast-growing Solutions Delivery team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to coordinate escalations, implement process runbooks, and provide high-quality service provisioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup, configure, and document hosted services for clients
- Troubleshoot and implement complex data migrations
- Provide pre-sales and sales technical support for integration with Smarsh services
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with Client Services leadership and other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years working in Windows server and Exchange messaging environments (a plus)
- 1+ year working with Smarsh technology and services (a plus)
- Proficiency in SMTP/POP3, IMAP, SSL/TLS, DNS, Security/Firewalls, MS Outlook, OWA, PowerShell
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong work ethic, patience, and desire to help others
