About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incidents submitted through our tech support form, following up with users, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining detailed documentation, performing post-migration checks, and driving issue resolution through a ticket war room approach.

  • Evaluate assigned tickets and follow established processes to achieve resolution within defined timelines.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.">
  • Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.">
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and incident management tools.">

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.">

Compensation and Benefits
