Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incident and request queue management, assigning tickets as necessary.
  • Provide first-level contact, convey resolutions to customers, and follow up on unresolved queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills, exceeding client expectations.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of incidents.
Requirements
  • Bilingual English-Spanish language proficiency (B2+ or above).
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience with knowledge of IT frameworks like ITIL.
  • Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, VPN, network-shared printers, and drives experience.
  • Ability to adjust schedules based on client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in high-performing environments with high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Polite, tactful, and friendly character.
Technical Requirements
  • Cisco CCNA Modules.
  • Microsoft MTA.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
