The Account Specialist role is a hybrid position focused on sales, account management, and service. You'll work in a team environment, responsible for managing, retaining, and driving revenue growth within existing client relationships. As a liaison between clients and internal departments, you'll:

  • Research and resolve inbound client inquiries
  • Enhance existing client relationships by focusing on service needs, research, and special projects
  • Provide product training to clients to ensure effective utilization of Experian services
  • Identify renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Monitor and understand client usage behaviors to identify and address emerging trends

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of previous customer-facing and sales experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Spanish)
  • A fast learner with the ability to learn new information about solutions and sales processes
  • A self-starter with drive to learn independently and in a structured environment
