Company Overview: Amazon Business provides organizations of all sizes with access to hundreds of millions of products in a shopping experience tailored to businesses.

Job Description: As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing your book of business by leveraging solution-selling tactics, traditional prospecting, and digital prospecting methods. You will develop long-term strategic customer relationships, providing personalized solutions for each institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and customer spend adoption
  • Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Assist customers with registration and present them with Amazon Business account tours
  • Educate and network with key prospect and customer contacts
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
  • Drive customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service, and other internal stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong ownership, bias for action, and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods
  • BA/BS degree
