About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Representative to support our US Self-Service Recruitment Sales team in launching newly registered selling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with and identify high-potential Selling Partners who have not yet launched via outbound outreach
  • Provide education on selling programs and address obstacles in the onboarding process
  • Manage lead pipelines, prioritize high-value opportunities, and help them work towards their Amazon launch
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales support or sales operations experience
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
  • A working knowledge of e-commerce business models, online marketing tactics, and direct competitive landscape
Location and Salary:

This role is based in San Jose, Costa Rica, and offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
