\About the Role
\This position focuses on Mexico, with key responsibilities including managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across Japan and Australia. You will drive improvements across various selling and expansion-related fields, including logistics, advertising, promotions, tax, compliance, fulfillment, and more.
\Daily Responsibilities
\- Qualifying and managing a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities across a multifaceted, complex Mexican business landscape
- Liaising and maintaining regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders
- Marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events
- Analyzing data and producing insightful business strategies that make a difference
Requirements
\- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience deep diving on selling partner-level issues and delivering recommendations
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Phone/volume outbound call activity experience
- Analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
