About the Role

ABB is seeking a seasoned business development strategist to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion into new markets and segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for growth in newly defined areas
  • Develop and implement business strategies to penetrate new markets and segments
  • Provide market intelligence and analysis to support identification and development of new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Coordinate product marketing launch plans and ensure efficient execution

Your Background

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in business development and commercial strategy. You should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, Electromechanical or related Engineering
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in Key Account Management and Business Development roles
  • Proven technical knowledge and commercial experience in Power Protection
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional English-speaking skill and willingness to travel regionally
