Sales and Customer Success Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Customer Success Director to lead our Central America Telco Segment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning and operating a named set of accounts within the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth through a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Accelerate customer adoption and market penetration in our largest and fastest-growing Telco accounts
- Leverage relationships with internal stakeholders to further adoption of AWS services in your customer base
You will be a self-starter with a proven track record of executing complex deals and driving business growth. Your background in engineering, computer science, or business administration will serve as a foundation for your success. You must have 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to C-level executives.
What We Offer- A competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
