Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bosch. In this role, you will provide solution-driven technical support to our customers via phone and email.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify problems and advise on solutions over the phone and via email.
  • Log and maintain records of customer queries.
  • Manage customer requests, failures, and complaints through various communication channels.
  • In complex cases, consult with Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
  • Provide answers to customer issues and process remote support.
  • Solve or forward configuration and application questions.
  • Collect log files, configuration files, and databases as instructed.
  • Forward non-post sales technical support issues to related departments.

Requirements:

  • A minimum high school or technical degree diploma in Networking or Computer Maintenance is required.
  • Studies or knowledge in networking, particularly in Windows Server environments, is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as assertive communication and empathy.
  • Multitasking and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • English language proficiency at a B2+/C1 level is mandatory.
