We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bosch. In this role, you will provide solution-driven technical support to our customers via phone and email.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify problems and advise on solutions over the phone and via email.
- Log and maintain records of customer queries.
- Manage customer requests, failures, and complaints through various communication channels.
- In complex cases, consult with Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
- Provide answers to customer issues and process remote support.
- Solve or forward configuration and application questions.
- Collect log files, configuration files, and databases as instructed.
- Forward non-post sales technical support issues to related departments.
Requirements:
- A minimum high school or technical degree diploma in Networking or Computer Maintenance is required.
- Studies or knowledge in networking, particularly in Windows Server environments, is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as assertive communication and empathy.
- Multitasking and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- English language proficiency at a B2+/C1 level is mandatory.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
