As an Account Resolution Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides business value to clients worldwide. You will handle inbound calls from customers/agents to resolve queries on their accounts and provide excellent customer service on queries related to processing insurance policy-related transactions. You will also be responsible for meeting business KRAs and working in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from customers/agents to resolve queries on their accounts
- Provide excellent customer service on queries related to processing insurance policy-related transactions - new business, renewals, amendments, enquiries, etc. received from Customers/Agents
- Meet/exceed business KRAs - NPS, Quality, Productivity, AHT or any other metrics specified by Business / Process
- Work in a 24/7 environment, split shifts, and rotational shifts
- Multi-tasking, high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to adapt self with the team in-case of adversity, business challenges/requirement
  • High proficiency in verbal and written English (a neutral accent is preferred as customers are based in the US)
