Strategic Account Growth Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Mondelez International. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability in the modern trade segment.
As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also manage key performance metrics such as sell-in, sell-out, in-stock, fill rate, drop-size, DOI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and modern trade, with experience in key account management and industry knowledge. A university degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute customer strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability in the modern trade segment
- Manage key performance metrics such as sell-in, sell-out, in-stock, fill rate, drop-size, DOI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve key performance metrics
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Provide clear objectives and deliverables for Customer Business Development Executives/field team
