Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Development Manager to lead a team of Strategic Account Managers in driving the growth and development of key Seller accounts within the Amazon Store.

About the Team:

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization is responsible for delivering exceptional value to our Sellers through proactive account management, strategic guidance, and best-in-class support. As a key member of this team, you will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and driving revenue growth through effective account planning, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a high-performing team of Strategic Account Managers
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key Sellers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
  • Manage recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization

Requirements:

  • 6+ years professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, Pricing, Brand Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Marketing, B2B, and/or E-Commerce
  • 5+ years experience developing and leading teams while driving organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
