Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities to improve business input metrics that drive growth and enhance the end-customer experience
- Delivering timely, accurate, and professional operational support to all Selling Partners within a specified SLA
- Driving results in a cross-functional environment
- Overseeing key activities underway for Selling Partners, including following up and escalating as necessary
Selling Partner Relationship Management:
You will build strong relationships with your Selling Partners, serving as their trusted advisor and single point of contact for issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns. You will liaise with other internal departments as necessary to resolve Selling Partner issues and questions quickly and with high quality.
Program Process Excellence:
You will act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing business environment. You will assist with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes of Selling Partner Services.
