We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Management Specialist to join our team of experts. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive strategic partnerships with our customers, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

Your primary objective will be to build trust with customer stakeholders, drive problem prevention, and manage customer escalations through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Through your data analysis and technical expertise, you will inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic partnerships with customer stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Delivering tailored solutions that meet customers' specific needs and requirements
  • Driving problem prevention and managing customer escalations through effective communication
  • Informing strategic decisions through data analysis and technical expertise

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles in a technical environment
  • Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, and internet protocols
  • Familiarity with security technology, concepts, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate complex technical content
  • Ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions
