About the Job

The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and renewal of HashiCorp's products. This involves managing a portfolio of accounts, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and executing defined customer success journey milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for the success of the customer journey for your portfolio accounts
  • Direct the execution of the Outcome Delivery and Customer Management processes
  • Coordinate the transition of accounts at the point of acquisition and expansion
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve risks and issues
  • Bring the voice of the customer to HashiCorp as you partner with engineering, marketing, and product

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of TAM, CSM, or program management experience with technical aptitude
  • Prior hands-on experience is a strong plus
  • Well-organized self-starter with excellent work ethic and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening skills and ability to ask effective questions
  • Ability to discuss high-level technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders
