Job Description
The Technical Account Manager - Customer Success will be responsible for managing a large team of Customer Success Engineers, planning, prioritizing, and directing employee responsibilities.
You will establish customer-centric programs and processes, collaborating with stakeholders across ShareFile to consistently deliver value to our customers.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversight and Planning: The majority of your time will be dedicated to overseeing the Customer Success Engineering team, planning, prioritizing, and directing employee responsibilities.
- Problem-Solving: Identify customer problems and propose or implement solutions using a customer-centric approach.
- Continuous Improvement & Growth: Recommend system and process enhancements to address common customer issues effectively.
- Foster and maintain relationships with customer advocates.
