About the Role

The Dispute Resolution Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for investigating and resolving vendor chargeback disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate and analyze vendor chargeback disputes to ensure accurate responses and processing.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to reduce chargeback flow.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Communicate effectively with Amazon vendors, stakeholders, and customers.
  5. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2+ years of working experience in corporate customer service, back-office, or contact center environments.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented contributor with assertive judgment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
